Südsee-Camp is known for its extensive leisure programme directly on our premises. We offer a weekly changing activity programme full of activities and entertainment for the whole family.
Here we show you an example of our current activity programme for this week as well as a brief overview of some of our event highlights this year.

Here in our annual highlights we only publish a few selected events with dates that will take place at Südsee-Camp this year. So you can plan your holiday accordingly if you like.
However, most events are only announced at short notice via the current activity programme for our guests. Let us surprise you with what we have prepared for you!
You will find the current activity programme at the top of this page, in your personal email shortly before your arrival and in several places on site at Südsee-Camp.

- 16.03.24: First campfire of the season
- 29.03. - 01.04.24 (Easter): Easter Saturday Easter bonfire with live band, straw puppet making, face painting and much more; Easter Sunday with Easter parade, Easter egg hunt and evening party with DJ in the marquee
- 17 - 20.05.24 (Whitsun): Saturday party with DJ in the marquee, Sunday Whitsun party in the amphitheatre with the Hanover Fanfare Corps (marching band)
- from 14.06.24 / in summer: broadcast of the European Football Championships
- from 24.06.24: Soccer training days with Niels Schlotterbeck at Südsee-Camp (various dates until 24.08.24 - registration required for a fee at fussballschule-schlotterbeck.de!
- 20.07.24: Summer party on the beach with DJ and further programme
03.08.24: Summer party on the beach with DJ and further programme - 06 - 08.09.24: Medieval market - 1st medieval treyben at the Südsee-Camp
- 05.10.24: Oktoberfest with Oktoberfest music, DJ & activities
- 01.11.24: Last campfire of the season
- Christmas & New Year's Eve 2024: cosy holidays with the family. No fireworks on the Südsee-Camp grounds.

Football training days at the Südsee-Camp with the Schlotterbeck Football School
Do your kids love spending every free minute on the football pitch and fancy a few really cool training days? Then, dear parents, watch out!
This summer holiday 2024 we welcome the Schlotterbeck Football School to our Südsee-Camp. Niels Schlotterbeck (himself a former professional player and the uncle of Bundesliga players Keven and Nico Schlotterbeck) and his team are offering great training days for football-loving boys and girls aged 6-11 and 11-16 on our sports field at Südsee-Camp during the summer holidays.
The three-day training days take place during these periods:
24.6. - 13.07.24 and 19.08. - 24.08. 24.
You can register for the football training days directly with the Schlotterbeck Football School - the registration deadline is 31 May; you can book the appropriate holiday (camping or accommodation) as usual with us at the Südsee-Camp.

Tip: combine the beautiful with the practical!
B96 Driving licence while on holiday
Obtain the B96 driving licence extension in just one day and without a driving test and start towing larger caravan combinations up to 4.25 t immediately!
For this trailer driving licence, you only need to complete a one-day course at the driving school, which consists of a theoretical and a practical part. This can be done at the Schardt driving school in Faßberg and can be perfectly combined with a holiday or stay at the Südsee-Camp!

Family join-in programme of the Protestant church
Church on the road at Südsee-Camp
The ‘Kirche unterwegs’ family programme invites young and old to do handicrafts, play and sing together, to family church services, bedtime stories and other great activities.
The current programme of Kirche unterwegs
From Easter until the autumn holidays, the Protestant ‘Kirche unterwegs’ offers its family programme directly on site during the holiday periods and on public holidays in addition to the activity programme of the Südsee-Camp. In this way, it creates a place where people can talk to each other and to God in an informal way, even while on holiday.
The current programme of the Church on the Move at Südsee-Camp is displayed on site and can be viewed in advance via the ↗ church on the road website.
Kirche unterwegs with Deaconess Ruth Litzen and her team warmly welcome you to the church tent at Südsee-Camp!
- here: The church tent of the Evangelical Lutheran parish is located directly in the Südsee-Camp in the permanent pitch area ‘Finkenbusch’ and thus very centrally located between the areas ‘See-Eck’ and ‘GT2000’.
