For all those who feel so comfortable here that they would like to come back every weekend, a seasonal pitch at Südsee-Camp can be worthwhile.

Permanent camping at Südsee-Camp - what do we mean by that?

Südsee-Camp is a family campsite and, as a family-friendly holiday resort open all year round, it is a great place to spend your holidays and weekends with your (grand)children.

Even though we speak of "permanent camping" and "permanent pitches" for our annually rented pitches: permanent living and/or a first residence are not permitted on our campsite!

Märchenwald

As the name suggests, the Märchenwald (Fairytale Forest) area is located in a wooded area and all paths are named after fairytale characters. The pitches are equipped with electricity and some have water and drainage.

Am Reiterhof

"Am Reiterhof" is the newest permanent pitch area for caravans. The site is open and sunny and some of the pitches are very spacious. Each pitch is equipped with electricity, water and waste water.

Vier Jahreszeiten

Vier Jahreszeiten is one of the older permanent pitches for caravans. The site is wonderfully wooded and the pitches are laid out in a way that creates a communal atmosphere.

Rosen-Camp

The Rosen-Camp is a centrally located yet quiet permanent pitch area and is partly equipped with water and sewage. From this pitch area, you can reach the lake or the sports field in no time at all.

Schwanensee

The beautiful Schwanensee mobile home park offers spacious mobile home pitches, which are idyllically situated around a biotope. The pitches are equipped with electricity, water, waste water and gas.

Finkenbusch

Finkenbusch is the most central annual pitch area of Südsee-Camp. It is specially designed for mobile homes and is situated in a shady wooded area. The pitches are equipped with electricity, water, waste water and gas.

How to get the annual pitch

Become a permanent camper at Südsee-Camp!

We are delighted that you would like to come to us more often! ...but how do you become a permanent camper at Südsee-Camp?

Here we tell you which 2 options are open to you to get one of the coveted seasonal pitches at Südsee-Camp!

Option 1: rent a free pitch from the beginning of the year

An annual pitch season at Südsee-Camp always runs from 1 January to 31 December of the respective year.

Experience shows that only a few pitches are available!

Most permanent pitches are not only rented out for one year, but often for several years in a row to the same family. Many permanent camping families feel so comfortable here that they are happy to make use of the option to extend their contract for a further year at the end of their annual rental period. This is why there are only a small number of pitches available each year.

Option 2: Pitch takeover in the current year

Sometimes things turn out differently than expected and there is a change for our guests.

If guests want to hand over their current Südsee-Camp annual pitch in the current year and sell the mobile home (e.g. caravan or mobile home) on it at the same time, you will always find these sales offers here in the permanent pitch sales! This is the chance for anyone interested to get a permanent pitch at Südsee-Camp within the year.

By purchasing the caravan/mobile home from the previous Südsee permanent camper, your holiday can start directly on the agreed contract date. Apart from your personal belongings, everything is already here - as described in the sales offer.

In addition to the purchase contract for the caravan/mobile home with the seller, the new permanent camper also concludes a rental contract with Südsee-Camp. For the sales listed here, Südsee-Camp provides a pitch takeover guarantee and acts as an intermediary between the seller and the interested parties.
