Privacy Policy - your data is safe with us (only the German version is legally binding)

Privacy is a matter of trust and your trust is important to us. We respect your private and personal sphere. The protection and the legally compliant collection, processing and use of your personal data is therefore an important concern for us. To make you feel safe when visiting our websites, we strictly observe the statutory provisions when processing your personal data and would like to inform you here about our data collection and data usage.

 

Scope and purpose of the data processing

1. Anonymous data collection
You can visit our site without providing any personal information. We only store so-called "server log files", access data without personal reference such as the name of your Internet service provider, the Internet browser you used, the page from which you are visiting us, the date and time of your access or the name of the requested file. This data is evaluated solely for the purpose of improving our offer and cannot be traced back to you in person. 2. Collection and processing of personal data

3. Booking request / booking form (onlinebooking.dk)
Online bookings via our website is done via the online reservation system (https://onlinebooking.dk) of CompuSoft A/S, Anderupvej 16, 5270 Odense, Denmark, whose provider is our contractual partner. All relevant forms and information for a booking on a site are clearly displayed. The following data will be collected and transmitted to us in encrypted form: • Personal master data: Surname, first name, address, if applicable, date of birth • Communication data: Phone number, email address • Contract billing and payment information including credit card details (automatic deletion after departure) • Booking information • If necessary, vehicle registration number Data needs to be processed to fulfil a contract or to implement pre-contractual measures, which are carried out at the request of the data subject (Art. 6 Para. 1 b)). CompuSoft A/S processes this data in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR order data processing. Your data will be deleted once it has been processed, unless longer retention is required for reasons of traceability, customer service or legal retention periods.

 

4. Data transfer
Your data will be forwarded to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods, on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b). If you use our booking form (https://onlinebooking.dk) to take out travel cancellation insurance, we will transfer your data to the relevant provider. The information is required to complete the transactions. However, the data entered will only be processed and stored by the payment service providers. This means, we do not receive any account or credit card information, but only information with confirmation or denial of payment. In some circumstances, the data may be transmitted by the payment service providers to credit information agencies. In this case the data is transmitted to allow an identity and credit check. For this we refer to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of payment service providers. The terms and conditions and the privacy policies of the respective payment service providers, which are available on their respective websites or in transaction applications apply to the payment transactions. 4.2 PayPal
We also offer payment via PayPal on our website. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and commercial operation of our online offer in terms of Article 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as third-party provider) recognise the IP address of the users. Because they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user without the IP address. The IP address is therefore required to present this content. We endeavour to use only content whose respective providers use the IP address only to deliver the content. From time to time, we offer you the opportunity to participate in competitions on our website. We provide you with the option to contact us by email and/or via a contact form on our website. In this case, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your contact. Your consent to process the data is obtained during the process of submitting your query and reference is made to this privacy policy. Alternatively, contact using the provided email address is possible. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted by email will be stored. We only process the personal data from the input mask of our contact form to deal with the specific query in the contact. 17. Corona registration
We would like to point out that - with reference to the still applicable Corona requirements and for your own safety - we file your contact details and keep them for a period of three weeks after your departure so that any infection chain can be traced. On request, we will present this documentation to the responsible health authority / an authorized agency (obligation to cooperate on infection protection). The data will be deleted no later than one month after your departure. We use your data exclusively for the purposes stated here - it is not passed on to third parties or used for advertising purposes.
