This data is evaluated solely for the purpose of improving our offer and cannot be traced back to you in person. This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal information that you may provide and so do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a particular person. The data is evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimise our website and our offers. The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the "server log files" is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose of its collection. If the data is collected to provide access to the website, this is the case when the respective session ends.

If there is no legal basis for the processing of personal data, we will seek the consent of the data subject. This will be indicated in the corresponding locations. This may be necessary if you register on our website, request our newsletter or contact us via our contact form. Art. 6 I lit. a) GDPR forms the legal basis for the processing of data in which we obtain your consent for processing purposes. If the processing of personal data is required to fulfil a contract or to initiate a contract (e.g. for the supply of goods or the provision of such services or for inquiries regarding our products and services), the date will be processed in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. b) GDPR. We store and use personal data transmitted by you such as name, company, address, email and phone number for the purpose of individual communication with you in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the "BDSG-neu" (Federal Data Protection Act). Please note that no confidential information should be sent via the contact form as a rule. The legal basis for the processing of the data transmitted as part of sending an email is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
