Your holiday review

Any natural person aged 18 or over who has already been a guest of Südsee-Camp and who has submitted a review about Südsee-Camp on an online review portal may take part. One entry is permitted per review written and one prize can be won. A further review on another platform or for a repeat stay entitles the winner to take part in the prize draw again. Each month, a winner will be drawn from the participants of the current month.

The competition runs monthly from 01.01. to 31.12.2024.

To participate, a review of a real stay at Südsee-Camp must have been written and published on any online review portal, the conditions of participation must have been accepted, full contact details must have been entered and the competition must have been sent (online: a confirmation page will appear!).

The winners will be notified in writing (by e-mail) by Südsee-Camp Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG and announced in the advertising media of Südsee-Camp Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG (stating the surname and the first letter of the place). The corresponding prize vouchers will be sent directly with the prize notification by e-mail.

The participant is responsible for the correctness of his/her e-mail and/or postal address. In order to participate in the competition, it is essential that all personal details are correct. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the competition.

Participation is free of charge and in no way dependent on the purchase of goods, the utilisation of a service or the number of points scored in the company's evaluation. Employees of Südsee-Camp and their relatives are not eligible to participate.

Südsee-Camp Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation.

Prizes of the Südsee-Camp (Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG)
A total of twelve prizes will be raffled off among all participants in 2024: One €100 value voucher for Südsee-Camp Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG per month. The voucher can be offset against a holiday booking or the rental price of a permanent pitch.

Offsetting against other services and cash payment of the winnings is not possible under any circumstances. The voucher is not for sale. The voucher is valid until the end of 2024.

Premature termination or interruption of the competition
Südsee-Camp Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG reserves the right to cancel, terminate or interrupt the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper implementation of the competition cannot be guaranteed and no prize is paid out in a month due to a lack of participation in the competition that meets the criteria.

Data protection
Personal data must be provided in order to participate in the prize draw/competition. Information on the handling of your data within the meaning of the transparency and information obligations pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR can be found in the data protection provisions. Participants are free to request the deletion of their registration data at any time by sending a message to info@suedsee-camp.de and thus withdraw from participation in the competition.

Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms of use.
