RATE & WIN

Participation is open to any natural person over the age of 18 who has already been a guest of Südsee-Camp and who submitted a rating on Südsee-Camp on an online rating portal. Each submitted rating entitles participation and the possibility of winning a prize. Another rating on another platform or on a new stay entitles another entry in the draw. Every month a winner is drawn from the participants of the current month.

The competition runs monthly from 01.01. until 31.12.23. Participation requires the writing of a review and publishing of a traceable rating of a real stay at Südsee-Camp on any online rating portal, the acceptance of the conditions of participation, entry of full contact details and finally sending in the competition (online: a confirmation page will appear).

The winners will be notified in writing (via email) by the Südsee-Camp Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG, announced in the advertising media of the Südsee-Camp Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG (by mentioning the surname and the first letter of the location). The corresponding prize vouchers will be sent directly with the prize notification by email.

The participant is responsible for the correctness, in particular of his email and/or postal address. It is absolutely necessary that all personal information is true to participate in the draw. Otherwise, the participant can be excluded from the draw.

Participation is free of charge and in no way dependent on the purchase of a product, the use of a service or the score in the rating of the company. Employees of Südsee-Camp and their relatives may not take part in the draw.

In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, Südsee-Camp Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG reserves the right to exclude persons from the draw.

Südsee-Camp prizes (Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG)
Among all participants, a total of 12 prizes will be drawn in 2023: Each month a voucher of € 100 for Südsee-Camp Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG. The voucher is credited to a holiday booking or the rental price of a permanent campsite.

The voucher cannot be used to pay for other services or exchanged for cash under any circumstances. The voucher cannot be sold. The voucher is valid until the end of 2024.

Early termination or intermission of the competition
Südsee-Camp Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG reserves the right to cancel, terminate or pause the competition at any time without notice and without giving reasons. Gottfried & Per Thiele OHG makes use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper running of the competition cannot be guaranteed and in case there is no entry that fulfills the terms to win.

Data protection
The provision of personal data is necessary for participation in the draw/this competition. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for information on how your data will be handled in terms of the transparency and information obligations as per Art. 13 GDPR. Participants are free to request the deletion of their registration data at any time by sending a message to ssc(at)suedsee-camp.de and so withdraw from taking part in the draw.

Miscellaneous
The legal process is excluded. Only the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use shall remain unaffected.
