Arrival and departure: In season II and III daily, from 6th of July until 24th of August (in Season I) with an advance booking only on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Minimum duration of stay: Easter, Ascension Day 4 nights Corpus Christi, Whitsun, Christmas, New Year 3 nights at other times 2 nights 6th of July until 24th August (in season I) 7 nights

Arrival from 3 pm, departure by 10 am. Caravans that you clean by yourself need to be left until 12 pm. In case of late departure we will charge € 15 per hour.

Tents, pavilions, caravans, motor homes and third party vehicles beside your accommodation are not permitted.

Pets: Pets are not permitted in the caravans, ‚Sommarbÿ‘ cottages and in most chalets! There are boarding kennels in the village. Pets are allowed in some special chalets.

Non-smoking accommodations: It is not permitted to smoke in the caravans, chalets and cottages. 

Bed linens and towels: Cottages and chalets offer bed linens and towels according to the number of registered guests. In the caravans bed linens and towels are not available, please bring them along with you. It is possible to borrow bed linens and towels for a fee, at the reception.

Season: Chalets can not be booked from 1st of November until 1st of April and from 1st of April until 30th of April, only on request.

Booking documents: The contract comes in effect with the booking confirmation by post or e-mail. After complete payment the guest-cards for the registered vehicles are sent to you. At arrival you will get the keys for your object at the reception, please bring these guest-cards with you. In case of lost keys we will charge € 25 per key.

Vehicles: Next to every caravan, chalet and ‚Sommarbÿ‘ cottage type A there is a parking space for one vehicle, next to the cottages type B and C for two vehicles. For more vehicles there are parking spaces for rent. These vehicles must be registered at the reception. It is not allowed to park on the parking lot opposite the reception.

‚Sommarbÿ‘ cottages phone numbers: +49 (0)5196 / 980 9 and the number of your cottage, for example house no. 18 = 980 918. There is no access for notebooks in the ‚Sommarbÿ‘ cottages by phone jacks. Wireless LAN is available for a fee. Tickets at the reception.

Travel cancellation insurance: 2 % of the total amount

Intermediate cleaning: An intermediate cleaning is possible. The prices are the same as for final cleaning.
